Here's what I did today.
- 07:59 Changed my mind. I'm going to do some Wii Fit this morning. Just enough to get the body warmed up and ready for the day. #
- 10:10 16 min Wii Fit. Mostly yoga. That should be enough to get the blood moving. Might walk this evening. Anyone want to join me? Quilt time. #
- 17:51 Getting a walk in whi watching the Twin Hills Tournament of Champions. #
